Returns policy
Due to the unique nature of personalising products we cannot accept returns of Non-Faulty goods. If a product is faulty (ie manufacturing defects) in any way, then you must return it within 14 days. Please do not send your products back to shopprint without e-mailing returns@shopprint.co.uk first.

Please send written notice along with the product to the address on our order form. We will only acknowledge returned goods if they are sent using Royal Mail 'Signed For' Recorded delivery so you have proof of delivery. We will refund the postage at our discretion once the item in question is rechecked. If the item is deemed to be defective we will remake or remedy to the specification of the original order only.

Terms of Trade
We may modify these terms at any time. The modified terms will come into effect as soon as they are posted at www.shopprint.co.uk and use of this web site (or of any services provided through the web site) after that point will be subject to the modified terms.

Product sizes & Colours
We do not warrant that the final item purchased will be exactly as per the images contained in this web site . Images of our products are only guides for our products. We reserve the right to make improvements to products that are not visible in the promotion photographs. We may substitute materials and adjust product design to accommodate production considerations in relation to supply or stock shortages.

Due to the nature of digital photography the colour of products may vary slightly with the finished product.

Delivery
Delivery times are stated as a guide only, we cannot be responsible for items delayed or lost due to courier failure.

Reproduction rights
We reserve the right not to reproduce any images or other material which contain offensive or inappropriate content.

In submitting the order form the customer confirms that they own the rights to their respective photo, painting, drawing or collage, or have obtained the relevant written permission. You retain all intellectual property rights, including copyright, to the images that you have submitted to us for reproduction.

You will indemnify us and our officers and employees against any action, claim, damages, liability, costs and expenses arising out of any claim regarding infringement of any third party's copyright, trade mark or other intellectual property rights due to the processing, printing or other dealing with by us in accordance with our stated services by you or on your behalf .

We reserve the right to refuse any further services to anyone who breaches these terms.

Data protection
Personal data provided to us through this web site will only be used in accordance with our privacy policy. Please read through this carefully before proceeding. By providing your personal data to us you are consenting to its use in accordance with our privacy policy.We will use our reasonable endeavours to reply promptly to all correspondence. Such reply may be by email or by post.

Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your order without notice at our sole discretion. Once your order is terminated, your images will be removed from our systems. We will refund any monies due in such a circumstance.

Questions or complaints
Complaints or claims must be notified to us within fourteen days of receipt of goods, or in the case of non-delivery, in a reasonable time after the goods were expected to arrive.

Law and jurisdiction
These terms (and the provision of goods and services by us) are governed by and to be interpreted in accordance with English law. In the event of any dispute arising in relation of these terms or in relation to the provision of any goods and services by us the English courts will have exclusive jurisdiction over such dispute.
